Our effort to always ensure the best quality to our customers starts from our whole production cycle: operators thoroughly check every single process, and promptly notify even the smallest anomalies which may affect the quality of our fabrics. Moreover, cutting-edge technological equipment and high-tech testing devices allow us to carry out the strictest quality tests: in Carvico and Jersey Lomellina every single meter of fabric produced is carefully monitored and checked in compliance with our rigorous quality standards before being shipped to customers.

Fabrics are first “visually inspected” by using our inspection machines to ascertain they are faultless; then, their physical characteristics – such as elasticity, weight, color fastness (resistance to washing or to sweat, to make sure they don’t leave any deposits on the skin), UPF protection factor, pilling resistance, abrasion resistance and chlorine resistance – are tested in our quality lab, in compliance with the specific international standards of reference.

Certifying the truthfulness of the values declared by means of International certifications is no longer a duty but also the evidence of the fact that our production process is consistently updated and upgraded.
